Vitamin Boost Smoothie

We have to learn how to make the right decisions in life.. to make small or big changes into the right direction. THIS smoothie is one of those steps to the right direction :). I think its important in the morning to have something nutritious to FUEL your body and give it energy to kickstart the day. 

Here are some benefits of the 3 ingredients in this smoothie:

Ginger: digestive support, immunity boost and anti-inflammatory.

Orange: regulate blood pressure, lower cholesterol and improves skin.

Apple: brightens teeth, detoxifies liver and strengthens bones.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small 3cm piece of ginger, peeled
  • 1 peeled and cut orange
  • 1 apple (seeds removed)
  • Smoothie Straw - angled or straight

 

METHOD:

  1. Grate the piece of ginger.
  2. Into a powerful mixer, add in the apple, orange and grated ginger.
  3. Blend for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Enjoy it ASAP and enjoy the nutrients and vitamins
